Only thing I ever use for tacosApr 17, 2008
By KO This is the BEST product made for tacos/burritos. You compare the ingredients and this is SOOOO much better for you and the taste is not your regular taco seasoning mix. It's bursting with flavor and not spicy as most people may think. I will NEVER purchase any other taco seasoning ever again.

A week's worth of foodAug 26, 2008

I eat a lot less meat than I used to but want it to be tasty when I do. A pound of beef with Chipotle Taco lasts me for a week. I use a little in an omelette (best ever) or over a baked sweet potato topped with mesclun and salsa (low fat and high taste)These two are my favorites but the idea is that 3 ounces of this sauce makes just about any meal more interesting. I really appreciate the all natural quality of the product.

Chipotle Taco SeasoningJul 17, 2007
By MAU If you are bored with the regular old taco seasoning you find in the gravy aisle - you are in for a pleasant surprise with this seasoning. For starters, I don't use beef, I use texturized vegetable protein, which, let's face it, needs a little more help than beef to taste good. This seasoning had multi-layer flavors to it, unlike the taco seasoning stand-bys that taste mainly like chili powder and cayenne pepper. Flavorful and spicy and not crazy, fire-breathing hot. The currants or raisins were a little unexpected but incredibly tasty. However, it is still within the taste range of taco seasoning so if you are craving tacos - this still satisfies and then some.

This is the best taco mix "North of the Border"! I travel to Mexico very frequently and recognize good authentic Mexican taste. This Chipotle Taco Mix by Nueva Cocina is simply the easiest and the best.

This seasoning is great with ground Turkey (or beef)...it is a little spicy--in a good way! The seasoning really makes great Albondigas and fantastic tacos. Lots of sour cream is a must!
