Don't let the low price throw you off. I'm a chocolate junkie and this is one of the best (instant powder) hot chocolates that I have tasted.

This Carlos V chocolate drink mix is mostly CHOCOLATE with just a little sugar and vitamins added. It is an excellent "pick me up" and doesn't have all those corn ingredients. Two heaping teaspooons make about 1 cup of great hot chocolate; you just add boiling water to the powder and stir. You end up having about 12 carbs per cup, a little more if you add milk to cool it down. Shelf life is about 17 months. Everyone in our family, including kids, LOVE it! You can fix it hot or cold, in milk or water. The cannister is perfect.

My son and I are chocolate lovers and we do admit that this powder drink is the best. I was looking for a chocolate powder mix that taste good, mix well with cold or hot milk, and inexpensive. I took my chances and bought it. My son was the first to try it and he said this is not like the other powder mix that taste like it has a lot of sugar or you need to use more than three tablespoons to taste the chocolate. Most chocolate powder float at the top of the cup when mixed in cold milk. Not Nestle Carlos V Chocolate Dink mix. I pray this product continue to sell because I hate to try something new.

I have Not tasted It, I think Its comes from Mexico or something, when I bought It I was looking for something different more natural the closest I have found Is Ghirardelli and even Its Not very good It does Not taste as good as Nestle hot chocolate but does Not have all that unknown stuff which may be made from Animals with mad cow disease but still have to microwave It to kill the bacteria. My yellow lab that was always hungry and a scavenger just like My Cat tore open a can and died a few hours later, I do Not understand It I have had Dogs and Cats before and Never had a problem feeding Them.
