Crispy Rice LoveFeb 26, 2010
By Lisa M. Mims So, you're gluten free and you can't eat oats, and maybe there's a corn allergy and or incipient diabetes and all the gluten-free rice cereals have huge amounts of sugar, and what the heck can you eat for breakfast?
This.
It's truly gluten-free, has no sugar, it's not gross, and it's cheap.
Also, being a non-oat eating celiac without incipient diabetes I was looking for a base for homemade honey peanutbutter breakfast bars because gluten free things like Lara Bars cost $1.50 each. I think I may have found the missing ingredient. Very cool.

Great!Feb 09, 2012
By C. Andreas What more could you ask for other than they are organic and have no additives and therefore perfect? If you're looking for sweet, add a little sugar or honey, that's what I do. But sliced banana works great too. Also great for rice krispie treats but use 5 cups instead of 6 as they are a bit bigger than Rice Krispies.
this cereal is great.Feb 09, 2012
By BYJ I really like this cereal, it's gluten free and healthy too. It is not very sweet so it also makes a good "midnight" snack.
Great for marshallow rice treats!Oct 02, 2011
By Christine Kelly For about the same cost as Kelloggs version of GF rice krispies, you can have organic rice treats without the preservatives of the big name brand.
