Vegan. All natural. Kosher. Soft pastry-like outside with a delicious fruit jam filling. Nice with afternoon tea or morning coffee. I've had these bars almost everyday for 2 years and will continue doing so as long as they're available. I have them at breakfast or for an afternoon snack. Cherry is my favorite. So delicious with coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate or just a cold glass of milk. Simply delicious!!!

delicious and gluten free...usually not words you hear in the same sentence. They are fruity, light, soft and flavorful. No cardboard taste.

I'm not sure what the advantage is to making a product wheat free but then adding barley so that it is not gluten free? They taste good, so if gluten is not an issue to you, go ahead and get them. I need gluten free and one of these made me ill. I guess that will teach me not to just quickly glance at labels.
