Taste is subjective, surely, but the scent is nothing I'd want to use in a whole room. I mix this oil with lotion and rub it on my feet or have my husband massage my back and shoulders. Maybe it's just the massage, but it does seem to help me relax. You can also use it directly on your skin , lips, neck, scars. . .as a moisturizer and cell re-generator. I kind of think of it as a kind of Vitamin E oil. Some people use it for acne as well as it regulates sebum production, but I haven't been that brave.
