"Natural Cake Lover"
They say the frosting makes the cake -- this frosting is absolutely AWESOME with the Naturally Nora cake mixes! My kids LOVE The chocolate stars, and the consistency of the frosty (smooth, creamy -- like frosting is supposed to be) is terrific -- not at all like other all-natural frostings usually are. This is by far the best "non-artificial" and "healthier alternative" frosting mix product on the market -- my kids like it on sugar cookies, too. YUM!

I took a Surprising Stars cake/frosting mix combo to my book club. Six middle-aged women who never want dessert had seconds! That is an amazing endorsement. After making that one, I used up another brand that was in my cupboard to take to another event -- and threw out the leftover cupcaker. I'm spoiled now.

I recently tried Naturally Nora's Surprising Stars Frosting mix, along with the matching cake mix, and was very pleased. Ordinarily I prefer to make cakes and frosting from scratch, but there are times when a quicker solution is needed.
I made the cake and frosting with my seven-year-old and her friend, and they were delighted with how cute the cake turned out, and we all thought it tasted quite good. Also, the instructions were very clear, so that the girls were able to read and follow them easily.
It is great to find a quick product that makes such a good effort at being natural.

Mediocre taste. Was expecting better since trying another Naturally Nora frosting that was pretty good. This is just vanilla icing with some almost flavorless chocolate crunch bits.
