I began eating anchovies on my mothers knee. My wife was a late comer but has developed the taste. Most folks who do not like anchovies always site the "salty" taste. My wife was no exception. We have now ordered this product twice and plan to continue to do so. The salt content is perfect, not too much, nor too little, but just right. We would recomend this product to any anchovy afficianato as well as to the "newby" not to mention the folks who "don't like anchovies." These are the best anchovies I have ever eaten, whether in cooking or just on a cracker, within the reasonably affordable price range most of us live in. My only complaint, and it is truely minor, is that I wish they would include the plastic lid they show in the picture. Otherwise, they're perfection.
