Priced right, shipped quickly, high quality product. I cook gluten free. Xanthan Gum is a critical ingredient. Beware of the super cheep xanthan gum out there. Some xanthan gum are made from fermented wheat. This is a problem for Celiac patients. For more information read: [..]
