I liked that this was natural and a good price and low fat. However, it often wouldn't completely dissolve and sometimes left a kind of weird sludge in the bottom of the cup. Maybe if you used extremely hot boiling water or less of the mix it would dissolve better.

While the ingredients are excellent, the taste is not. I have tried a few different organic cocoas, including home made. I am used to bitter chocolate but this stuff is way out there. I don't know if the three containers I purchased are bad or what, just that it has a very odd taste. Not so much a bitter taste, but definitely not a chocolate taste.

I was a little concerned with how much cocoa I would need to get in order to get free shipping, but I decided to trust the best-written reviews and get it. I was beyond pleased with the results of my experiment. This cocoa is delicious, easy to make (I just use the hot water from my Keurig, then add a little vanilla rice milk for richness and to cool it to drinking temperature) and contains none of the allergens that plague me with other cocoas (namely, corn products). It has so few ingredients and I can pronounce them all! I am quickly getting to the end of my first can and expect to buy this product regularly. The one complaint I saw consistently with other reviews - the residue sometimes left in the bottom of the mug - is inconsequential to me. All cocoa tends to do that; I just have to rinse out the mug when I am finished (it does not affect my drinking experience). I am not prone to exaggeration, so you can believe how good this is. Another reviewer found it thin; just add more cocoa and a little milk and it will be as rich as is good for a mortal being to experience.

This is delicious with a real chocolatey taste. And I really appreciate that it is truly instant, so that I don't have to keep buying tons of milk (also saves on fat). The major store brand leaves a film in my mouth that not even brushing my teeth removes. I was going to make my own hot choc mix, but this is even better. NOW figured out how to mix ingredients and keep them mixed, AND they are organic. Ingredient list blessedly short and understandable.
Update: Regarding the lack of dissolve - I've experimented and realized that if you use too much mix, you will get more cocoa clumps at the bottom of your cup (if you've ever made hot choc from scratch on the stove using milk, cocoa powder, and sugar, you know what this is). Maybe try using a little less mix, pouring hot water into cup with mix already in and stir until full. If you still get, maybe just relax and enjoy the chocolate blast?

I bought this item while looking for a natural hot chocolate. I agree that at times there is caked up chocolate powder at the bottom, however I tried making it using a little bit at a time. By a little bit, I mean a half a teaspoon or so. By mixing it into very hot liquid...I like milk, and stirring constantly there is no more of a residue that there is with other brands. And no, it didn't take forever. By the way for the price, Amazon 1.5 pound cans are the way to go! I got an 8 ounce can elsewhere and spent waaaay to much money for it. I will end this review the way I titled it...YUM!
