Great for pancake mixesMay 17, 2011

I add this in to our homemade pancake mix for extra fiber. You cannot tell that it's in there and it makes it healthier. We had some cousins come spend the night and I was worried that they wouldn't like "our kind" of pancakes, but they LOVED them.

This fiber source works really well without that gassy bloated feeling that some fibers give you. It works well in a shake or mixed into oatmeal. Very affordable source. I highly reccomend it.
