I purchased this item believing it was "Manuka Honey" , after receiving this product through Amazon, not one word of Manuka is mentioned on the product label, or ingredients. Now after some thorough research, I have learned that Manuka Honey is a Mono-Floral Honey (the antithesis of Multi-Floral Honey) meaning that the bees get their nectar from one plant in this case the Manuka Plant. So Manuka Multi-Floral Honey is an oxy-moron & completely misrepresented to a lay person, I had to do research before I realized I got jipped. There is no mention of Manuka anywhere on the label. Caviot emptor!

I am about to purchase my second bucket! (not a jar) false advertising again! ha
The consistency of this ambrosia is smooth and toffee colored. not a wet honey.
Strong flavored not mild --but this flavor is addicting.
I pride myself in having tried many many types of honey.
this is by far my favortite honey and at a bargain price.
If I spend less than 7$ a pound for typical store raw honey I feel I have done well.
But this is worth far more!!!
By the way, when I purchased this there was no mention of manuka.
I agree that's a marketing ploy. but so many of the florals that new zealand is
famous for have ' nutritional medicinal' qualities of their own. Many are in process of
research at this time.
buy your real manukka for the medicine cab but enjoy this liberally.
I guarantee you will.

Manuaka does not appear in the ingredients or anywhere on the label; based on this false claim, Amazon should suspend the sale of this product and all products sold by the manufacturer. As a result I will never purchase another Comvita or "Pacific Resources International" product.
