I recommend that you use a squegee,especially for the outdoor window panes as the dirt can take some wipping off with paper towels. This works great on shower doors; it is just great to have one green product that covers everything at home and not have multiple products. The spray nozzle is the second version and works so much better than the first version nozzle.
I have tried other green window cleaners and they have not worked as well as Mrs meyers. Although I am always researching for better and best priced products; for now (2009), this is my preferred choice for cleaning windows/glass. I only wish Mrs Meyers would offer refil pouches [like those wine boxes] as these bottles are easily reusable and will help reduce the plastic foot print even though these plastics are recylcable.

On the 4th. yes, 4th. delivery, I received this product intact, so if the 1st 2 shipments are deemed undeliverable via UPS, have faith that you will get your product from Amazon. This environmentally safe window cleaner is excellent-cleans all outdoor window grime, does not streak, and smells lightly (not overpowering like the geranium liquid dish detergent) of real geraniums or roses-not that awful artificial rose fragrance other brands make. Indoors the fragrance dissipates too quickly for me, but alas it makes this chore less of a chore due to the aroma therapy benefit. Like other reviewers have expressed, I also hope Mrs. Meyer's will start selling larger sized refill containers for several of their products like this one since it is such a waste to recycle these reusable spray bottles. Once you try Mrs. Meyer's products you will likely agree they are worth the higher price due to the quality and environmental benefit. Amazon occasionally offers a coupon code that can be combined w/ some of the subscribe and save discount items which then lowers the price sufficiently for it to be competitive w/ conventional national brands.

Of the Mrs Meyers' fragrances, the basil is the least *over powering* in term of scent. I love the fragrances, but when you are cleaning the outside panes, the wind can blow the spray into your face!
