This is my favorite gluten-free pasta. When I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease my dietitian recommended Tinkyada. I tried it and was very disappointed. I avoided pastas altogether for a while. A few weeks ago I went to the Old Spaghetti Factory with a friend and tried their gluten-free pasta. I was beyond happy (my friend possibly thought I was insane... she just doesn't realize). Afterwards, I went from specialty food store to specialty food store trying to find the pasta they used. I am certain that it is Mrs. Leeper's. It is very easy to cook and cooks rapidly. The texture is fabulous and consistent. It goes great with any sauce. My personal favorite is a little browned butter and a generous helping of mizithra cheese.

This pasta tastes good and it's good for dishes with thicker sauces or baked casseroles. My family really likes the dishes I make with them. We use them as part of a gluten free diet for my daughters. The pasta does not get mushy like some rice pastas. It would probably be good for pasta salads, too, but I've not tried that yet.

Because I am on a gluten-free diet, I have tried a wide variety of gluten-free pasta products over the past few years. Mrs. Leepers corn rotelli and other corn pastas are uniformly excellent. The corn rotelli's texture is terrific --unlike many gluten-free pastas that are "gluey". For taste, texture, and price, this gluten-free product is first rate!

Always looking for healthier choices. Friend turned us on to this pasta this past summer. and we decided to try it ourselves. Pasta cooks up quickly and with a little rinse is ready to go with any sauce or additions you enjoy. Great taste and texture. Much better then the brown rice we have been using. Highly recommend

We had tried this product on my husband who has Celiac disease and loved it. Then it disappeared off the grocery store shelf. I decided to check on the internet and found it here at Amazon. Thank you so much - now we have a nicely stocked shelf of our own. Great product - great shipping time - price better than the store.
