Can't tell the difference GF pasta!Sep 09, 2009
By Katherine Ang

I have tried the rice based pasta in my efforts to go Gluten Free, but the consistency was too different for me to fool myself and my family . . . we just weren't used to it. So, I tried Mrs. Leeper's Pasta and we're sold. I have made Lasagna, Spaghetti, Alfredo, etc. and you can barely tell the difference. I'm glad I can continue making the dishes we love without compromising the texture and flavor. I highly recommend this product!

Great for Mac N Cheese!Jun 29, 2009

This corn pasta makes the BEST homemade Mac N Cheese! It has the best consistency of any gluten free pasta I've tried, and the fact that it's corn really brings out the flavor of cheese sauce. Really good pasta!

Tastes like wheat!Feb 06, 2010

I've set up Amazon to automatically ship this, every three months. I use this instead of wheat pasta. It tastes exactly the same, and my family members haven't noticed a difference, either.

Perfect GF elbow pastaSep 30, 2009
By Book Lover This pasta tastes great and has a perfect consistency. I live at a high elevation and find that I need to cook the pasta for the FULL recommended time on the pkg. I think those at lower elevations may not have to cook their pasta as long. :) I have never over-cooked this product.
Nice flavor! Goes great with some cheese.

Great alternativeFeb 05, 2009

Corn noodles are one of our favorite alternatives to regular pasta. One of our daughter's has celiac disease and so the rest of us join her at mealtimes to eat gluten free. No one can tell the difference. I even use these to make mac and cheese for potlucks and no one knows the difference. They are delicious and the texture is perfect.
