Tried this cleaner about a year ago because with such hard water coffee pots only lasted maybe 6 months. Worked wonders and have had same coffee pot for 2 years. Had to find it on line because local store quit carrying it for some reason. For hard watr this is the best and very easy to use.

I think this is just repackaged Efferdent (or something similar). I've purchased this product elsewhere (for less than the price offered through Amazon), but it is still not worth the price. I've used Efferdent instead of this product and it worked just as well, if not better, for a fraction of the cost.

You can find this on amazon or in just about any store for $6.79, why pay $23 for the exact same item? Because Amazon is jacking up the price on you if you're a prime member, what a rip off.
