This is excellent quality, real food, and a great booster for soups. We are a small kitchen and very rarely use fish stock, or break down fish, and while we make our other stocks from scratch this one goes too long even in the freezer. I tried this product and could not be happier with it. Nothing on the ingredient list that I don't recognize!
