This stuff is fantastic!Jul 19, 2009
By Michele I write a vegetarian food blog and so I do lots of cooking and baking. I hated using all the heavy cream called for in recipes, so I tried MimicCreme. I love it! It truly tastes just like cream; there is no nasty chemical taste. 32 ounces of MimicCreme has about 650 calories, 32 ounces of heavy cream has about 3200 calories. Plus--NO cholesterol. I've been buying this from another store and so I'm very happy that I can order it from amazon at such a great price.

Excellent dairy-free alternative to creamApr 03, 2009
By DayTrader Unlike every other "faux" dairy product, this one has no funny aftertaste or chemically flavor. It's pure, creamy goodness. I use it to make vegan cream sauces and ice cream (the sweetened one).

Good, but doesn't quite solve all that I purchased it for....Jul 14, 2009

I was looking for a substitute for the powdered non dairy creamer for my coffee. I wanted to find something that didn't have the partially hydrogenated oils in it and still give the same smooth flavor to my coffee. This product is great for sauces and dressing, but doesn't work in my coffee the way I'd like it to. I'll keep searching.

I Can Now Have My Cream Soups Again!Apr 12, 2009
By Danny Toma I make Great cream soups with this product. Being that its non-dairy and gluten free is the only way I can cook with cream.

YUMMY!Apr 19, 2010
By C. Kay I am in love with MimicCreme! I have purchased this a couple of times via amazon and at my local health food store. This stuff makes fantastic cream sauces, soups, etc. I've made cream of mushroom soup, alfredo sauce, mushroom stroganoff, etc.
