Good substitute for creamJul 27, 2010
By Debbie Herring I ordered this product and am using it to make sugarfree ice cream in my ice cream maker. Combining sugarfree Jello vanilla pudding mix, 2 cups of this product, 1/4 cup of Splenda, 1 tsp. of vanilla and 3+ cups of milk makes a pretty tasty ice cream.

I love coffee again!Oct 16, 2011

I stopped using dairy about a year ago. The hardest thing was trying to find a "creamer" for my coffee. I was using almond milk, but it just wasn't adding the creamy goodness of half and half. The first time I tried this product, it had been sent to me by mistake when I ordered the unsweetened version. What a great mistake! I am SO pleased to find a product that is healthy, dairy-free, and tastes great in my coffee! I have not had the problems someone mentioned about separating, etc. Don' let the "sweetened without sugar" aspect scare you. It's very lightly sweetened with one of the healthier sugar alternatives [erythritol].

MimicCremeMar 09, 2011
By Rita Marlene Harkin This product is good in tea. However, it does separate(depending on the tea) or curdle just as some creamers will in fruit teas.

Delicious non-chemical cream substituteNov 12, 2011
By Alice I had originally purchased this product at a local supermarket and had liked it very much. When the store no longer carried it, I turned to the internet. MimicCreme is a great non-dairy, non-chemical (all natural) cream substitute. I use it in recipes (especially soups and desserts) that call for cream. My husband likes it so much, he often drinks it plain!

Great for coffee!Oct 09, 2011

I've purchased the cane sugar version of this product which was too sweet for me and now am on my third order of this product. I use it daily for my coffee (Hagen organic freeze dried) and no longer add stevia. It reminds me of oat milk and does not have a nutty flavor, more of a slight caramel flavor to me. I'm perplexed another reviewer did not like it in their coffee although I guess if one is used to diary and has not experimented w/ other "milks" it might be too different. I hope they will make an organic version in the future.
