I have a Happy Husband Now!Oct 24, 2011
By GermanByMarriage My German-born husband LOVES his "Vollkornbrot" (that's German for "full-kernel" bread, or Mestemacher Natural Flax Bread!), and it HAS to be ORGANIC. In fact, we used to buy this bread from the local health food stores until they stopped carrying it about 8 months ago and replaced it with a non-organic version!
After my husband stopped sulking, we decided to look online and found it! And has finally come out of his depression! He loves it!
It's always fresh tasting and it very shelf stable.

"feelin'groovy"
I started eating this bread when I lived in Holland. At first I didn't like it, now I have 2-3 slices a day w/sunflower seed butter & apricot jam. Love it and it does wonders for the bowels!
