As any good gourmet will tell you Telicherry peppercorns are the best. I especially like them for grinding fresh over finished dishes. These are fresh, (when you open the package you should get a strong whiff of pungent pepper smell) they crack well (coarse or fine) and have a great flavor.

I Couldn't find these in a local store one day, so out came the amazon app. Four bags is overkill for me, and I can't say how fresh the last few will be, but if you go through a lot of pepper or have room to store a few ziploc snack-sized bags of peppercorns, this is a great pickup. Maybe a unique stocking stuffer?
These really do add some nice subtle flavor I didn't know I was missing by using the generic peppercorns I meant to replace. I would buy these again. Fast shipping, too.
And hey, if you want to try just one bag, I will sell you one of mine for five bucks!

I love tellicherry peppercorns, so aromatic, so superior. Another class altogether from your average peppercorn. If you are a pepper fan, these are a must have. I like Melina's 4 6-ounce bags because you can store or gift the pepper easily, and it seems to me it will stay fresher packaged this way. I was tempted to buy the huge 2-pound plus jar, but wanted to send some to my daughter, and this was more convenient.

You may think pepper is just pepper and CostCo brand will be the same, WRONG. Use a quality pepper mill with this ones since it will smell and taste a lot better just after grinding. The delicate flavour of this peppercorns makes it perfect to use it with dishes also with subtle flavour. A great product, I always have the pepper mill filled with this ones close during dinner.
