This is the best stuff for me and my family, at least two generations. Not for purists but is not as concentrated as the garlic spreads that are available. Used to be Schilling Garlic Bread Sprinkles but is now McCormack. I have not been able to find it in stores anywhere for a long time.

Tastes like powdered garlic (essential) and comes in handy when making quick garlic bread. Just brush bread with butter and sprinkle: Voila! Garlic bread to grand enough to shame the folks at Applebee's or Chili's. Seriously gourmet!

I like this product. It is a fast and easy way to make garlic bread. All you have to do is sprinkle it on top of French bread and put it into an oven or broiler. It may even work in a microwave. Take it out and you have garlic bread. Some gourmets may not like it, but it tastes good to me.

I grew up with this great seasoning! My favorite way to make it is on that long, crusty bread that comes in a paper bag. Cut it in half long-ways and smear butter and/or olive oil all over the bread. Sprinkle on the seasoning and broil for a few minutes (or if you're cooking out, put it on the grill!) It even makes cheap white bread taste great! If you want even more pizzaz, add chunks of roasted garlic and/or parmesan or mozarella cheese. So glad to find a great price on amazon. It's nearly double this price at my local grocery store.

I have not been able to find this product on store shelves in years. I absolutely love it as does my family. I have tried various internet recipes and none compares to this product. I am so happy I found it at Amazon! Way to go Amazon.
