Our favorite ginger cookies are the triple ginger cookies from Trader Joe's. Since we don't live where there is a Trader Joe's these cookies are a close substitute. They have a good ginger flavor with little bits of ginger and are very crunchy.

I enjoyed them but would not purchase a second time. I liked the grainy texture of the rice flour. Packaging and wording on package was clever.

The coffee flavour is very good. The cookies crush easily but they rarely last long enough to get damaged. They are eaten as soon as the package is opened. Very tasty
