A few months ago a friend turned me on to a bag of the Mariani Phillipine Mango & I had been hooked! I was excited when I saw that Amazon sold it in bulk, when the order arrived & I opened a bag, I was so disappointed. The variety Amazon carries is the "Mariani Thailand Mango" and the one I went crazy for was the "Mariani Phillipine Mango" there was a HUGE difference in taste & texture. Now I'll have to see who wants the 11 unopened bags I have :( At least I can buy the ones I like at my local Jewel Food Store.

What a disappointment. I had these shipped to my daughter in College and she said they were terrible. The Mangos went in the trash.

Contrary to the product description this is not made in the Philippines therefore does not taste good. Mangoes are from Thailand

I have learned the hard way that there are two TOTALLY different kinds of dried mangoes from this company. The first batch I bought were delicious and the second was awful.

When you find the perfect one of anything, you try to remember the 'bag'. I instantly remembered this one. Hands down, -the best dried mango ever. It is sweeter than the Philippine variety, soft and chewy. I have tried many with disappointment trying to match this one -by far the best!
