This is a great snack of nuts and seeds and a little fruit. The packages are 4 ounces but there really isn't a lot in each pouch. This is perfect for a quick little snack before mealtimes. The price is a bit high though for what you get! If money is not a problem, I highly recommend this snack food.....it's really tasty and healthy!

This is one of my favorite "on the go snacks"!! You get a great taste, quick pick me up and a satisfied feeling without feeling full. On the down side, it is easy to eat more than what is suggested as a serving because it tastes so good.

Excellent Taste - Quality Ingredients - Have yet to find anyone who didn't like it. 4 Stars because - The freshness of teh nuts used is not consistant - Sometimes they are extra crisp and fresh and sometimes they are not.

I am hooked ever since on my first bite. The flavor is light, not sweet, no salt. A totally different combination compared to what you usually get for a trail mix on supermarket shelves.
