I found these by accident on Amazon and had to try them. Years ago I used to buy shrimp chips at the Chinese market that would puff up when you fried them. These are already cooked and they taste good. But, they do have a few questionable ingredients, such as MSG, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, & some chemical preservatives. They also are high in carbs, w/no fiber. On the positive side, you get a lot of them to a serving, about 26, they are really good tasting and they are only 140 calories with 7 grams of fat. Beats potato chips.
