Perfectly braided peppers - you can hang them in your kitchen. There are a lot of peppers, the picture does not due the braid size justice. The peppers are about 2" long.
Individual peppers pull off the braid easily, yet the braid stays in tact. You use the amount you need and the rest stay "fresh."
These are peperocino from the Calabria region so they are spicy yet not overbearing as a Thai bird pepper might be. You can adjust the "heat" by crushing them, leaving them whole and/or adjusting the quantity used.
A concern I had was that the peppers might be dried out and old - they are not.
Overall the product is exactly as described and worth buying. I'll be reordering.
