I don't shirk from making indian food from scratch, but considering how good this rava mix turns out every time, I don't see the point of going through the hassle.
Tip: Add some shredded carrots, green peas and chopped coriander leaves to the mix and pour in some buttermilk along with the yogurt (to get the doughy consistency). Fluffy and delicious

"Ravi Idli Fan for Life"
I have been using this product for a long time. The quality and taste is superb. I have tried several other Ravi Idli mixes from various vendors from India, nobody is even a distant second.
I recommend this product for healthy and delicious eating. enjoy!
