This little known product has such great versatility . it will flavor and season rice , or try it with a little coconut milk to make a sauce for your rice or noodles .

This product works as well as the powder form of Puliogare paste. Honestly I prefer the powder, since it store better after opening. The paste form here has oil that oxidizes if not used quickly enough. Really isn't a problem using up a pouch quickly enough if one likes puliogare rice. I recommend this product for anyone who wants to make spicy Indian food at home.
