Manischewitz Potato Pancake Mix is the absolute BEST on the market: making potato pancakes are easy and delicious when you use this mix! We get 8 cakes per box, but for a big crowd make sure to fix 2,3,or more boxes- at this price, you would be getting one plate of 4 at IHOP or Perkins! Thank you Amazon!

this product very hard to find; seems to be only in specialty stores; was very happy to find it online, i puchased enough to save shipping! these pancakes are really delicious; i usually make the whole box and freeze them; then pop 3-4 in the oven for 10minutes and ENJOY!
