Manischewitz is our favorite potato pancake mix and the new family-size canisters are terrific. It's an easy product to use with quick preparation and not as salty as many other prepared mixes. The results are just delicious. I made a batch of 12 potato pancakes less than half an hour after my delivery arrived and everybody loved them. Highly recommend!
