Works for almost anything you can imagine in your recipes and doesn't have that "old" garlic odor like many garlic seasonings. Folks who enjoy cooking know what I mean by that. This smells more like you would find at a local farmer's market. IMO, all of Lizzie's spice combinations are worth trying. For my personal directions, just smell them when you open the top (and while you are cooking and creating something sniff a few) and you will know what to do with them. Nice fresh smells. The salsa verde and pico de gallo are particularly good for summer seasonings w/ a variety of foods. The hickory garlic is great for making your own barbeque sauce and using while grilling. The ones I have purchased have been very fresh and I am always finding new ways to use them. Lizzie's spices have been a wonderful find for me. I hope they stay as fresh as I have found them to be.

Oh! so Garlic is my go-to spice. I add it to every pasta dish in my repertoire, meatloaf, guacamole, egg dishes - everything that can be improved with garlic becomes even better with this spice blend from Lizzie's Kitchen. For soups, sauces, or bean dishes, I add it to the pan just as the meat has almost completed browning, and just prior to adding the liquid. Amazon has the best price I've seen. Right now, it comes in a pack of 4 which seems like a lot if you've never used it. But I promise, once you've tried it you will keep coming back for more.

This is the best seasoning I've ever used. They don't stock it in my grocery store any more. So glad I can get it at Amazon. Its great in all kinds of dishes. Thank you so much. Rhonda

It's good. I always purchase it from the grocery store for couple of years. Somehow, these grocery stores stop sell these seasoning. I decided to order it through online, but these 4 jars are plastics. Usually, I purchased the glass one from the grocery store. So I refilled it in the glass jar to keep it fresh. All good! :)

We bought this a while ago, and I have slowly been using it up. It barely gives any garlic taste at all, just a little heat. it must be for people who think they should like garlic but actually don't.
