Great tasting, easy to use, makes a satisfying mealAug 15, 2011
By austin_Larry This is my third Leonard Mountain soup product and all of them have been delicious. This is perhaps my favorite. Very simple to make, seasoned well, and the pasta ends up tasting great. Just add your favorite chicken (we pre-cooked ours a little), bring to a boil, then add the pasta. We did as suggested add more water near the very end and this helped. Even adding the additional water this makes 4 servings at most.
As to the trans fat. I went directly to the website and the soup is listed as having zero trans fat. But the box is outdated. This makes a great tasting chicken soup, quickly and easily. Recommended.

Trans fatsMar 26, 2010
By Christian P. Smink This item has old outdated packaging indicating the product has been around a long time - the Nutrition Facts box on the package doesn't even include a line for Trans Fats but the list of ingredients indicates that the product contains a significant amount of extremely unhealthy trans fats. This stuff should't have been sold. Amazon has dropped the ball here - buyer beware.
