I did not like the mix at all. Too heavy and bland. Now I don't know what to do with the rest of the packages of mix. Would not buy again.

When I couldn't find my favorite apple flavored quick bread mix, I tried this one. It doesn't match up to my favorite. It has a different taste, but if you take it just for what it is, you might like it. I added a cream cheese frosting that helped it a lot. However, if you save it for the next day, it is not very good at all. It is too hard and dry. I make quick breads for breakfast & save the rest to eat later in the week. This one doesn't work very well for that.
