I was unsure on weather or not to try this product boy I am I glad that I did .I added chicken and stewed tomatoes for my first try the 6 suggested servings went to 3 second helping and the picky kids scraping the bowls asking for more .I am glad I put this on subscribe and save because I already have request for more .If your not big into spicy food only add half the seasoning packet but the other half is great to add to chili of beef stew even spaghetti sauce.

My wife and I have been very pleased with this purchase. This is a great tasting, truly easy meal. Bring to a boil then simmer 20 minutes. There are a number of different vegetables and a great spice mixture. And not too much salt, but I would not call it low salt.
We add a little chicken (pre-cooked after it reaches a boil) and finish it off with cheese and sour cream. Also for me I add a little pepper flakes, but my wife likes it as is. A hearty, quick, easy meal, good flavor profile, and fairly healthy. As a hint go to the gold box page. Look at the top and you will see a coupon tab. Now when you are reading this review it may not apply at all, but we had an 'Amazon coupon' that gave additional savings. In any case you might never have known that tab was there, so check it out. It might lead you to great finds like this one. We have already ordered another variety and are looking forward to that as well. Recommended.

Leonard Mountain 3 Amigos Enchilada Stew is my sister's favorite soup---so easy to make and quite tasty. I met the nutritionist and her husband at an arts festival in Maryland a couple of years ago where they were providing samples of their soup products. Can't go wrong with this product. Keep them in my pantry for quick suppers. Top with sour cream, cheddar cheese, black olives, and whatever you like!

This soup mix is so easy and tastes great! That being said, I add, 1 can of chicken breast, 1 can of white kidney beans, 1 can of stewed tomatoes and 1 1/2 cups of frozen corn. I also add another 2 cups of water so it yields much more than 6 servings and is VERY hearty! Overall, still a great price!
