One of the early products was the Lees Mallow Teacake, which has been a favorite with children and adults for many years. Whilst the production of the Teacakes now takes place in a modern factory still based in Coatbridge, the recipe that John J Lees used back in the 1930's is still used in Lees Mallow Teacakes today.
