5Roasted almond oil for superb saladsAug 08, 2006
By jodi9131 "Jo"
When I opened my first can of Roasted almond oil and sniffed, the aroma itself almost made me drool. I prepared a salad of fresh greens topped with fresh orange slices and dressed it with the roasted almond oil and an orange champagne vinegar. I have also used balsamic vinegar. I sprinkled the salad with toasted sliced almonds. Everyone I have served it to thinks it is the best. I have also added a little oil to steamed green beans and added toasted slivered almonds to that.

5Wonderful oil for salad!Dec 16, 2009
By D. P. Taylor
I had tried walnut oil previously but found it a bit overpowering in flavor. Almond oil is similar, but just a bit lighter in taste, letting the other salad components come through. Store this is the refrigerator. Luscious oil, highly recommend.

4Almond OilMar 21, 2007

Great flavor! Be sure to refrigerate even before opening because oils tend to turn rancid if kept out. The only thing is I wish that I could have bought the oil separately instead of in packs of 3. It will take me years to use it all and with the possibility for rancidity I don't want to have to throw it away. As far as the product itself it is very good quality!

5dented but deliciousAug 21, 2010
By Elaine Winward "Elaine W"
This oil is delicious, as is their walnut oil. But every single time I receive a shipment, the cans are dented. If you order this mention it and ask them to wrap the containers in bubble wrap, don't just throw the bubble wrap in.

5La Tourangelle Roasted Almond OilAug 31, 2009
By Gael F. Taylor "Gael Farnsworth Taylor"
This is an excellent product line of oils. I have used other La Tourangelle oils for cooking, but I use their almond oil, mixed with epsom salt, as a natural facial scrub.

The price was extremely reasonable, and the delivery was very quick, even before I expected the arrival.
