5Best ravioli I have ever had in my pitiful lifeAug 17, 2010
By Math Advocate "Math Advocate"
Listen here, youngin'. I've come across some ravioli's in my lifetime, but this by far surpasses them all. I cannot find a quality ravioli like this in any of my local grocers. The first time I had this product, I thought I was going to melt from the love making it did to my taste buds. I didn't add any salt, sauces, butter or oils. I cooked as directed, 15-16mins and rinsed with water to remove starches, tasted a bite and screamed very very loud. I love this pasta. I think you should at least give it a try.

Product contains parmsesan cheese, eggs and milk proteins for those of you seeking to avoid dairy allergies or are vegan.

5Ultimate Squash RavioliJun 09, 2009
By B. Glickman
This is a lovely product. The squash is delicious. All the quality of an Italian product. But do expect raviolini-they are tiny!

5Amazing for shelf-stable filled ravioli. These are delish!Sep 03, 2010
By JD "JD"
I've had this ravioli and they are completely delicious. For an authentic Tuscan preparation, brown some sutter, tear up some fresh sage leaves, and toast some rough chopped hazelnuts. This ravioli is perfect and the filling is lovely despite its shelf-stable form. I also like the tiny size because the the leftovers keep their shape better. (Large ravioli tend to get flattened by their own weight when saved in the fridge, often leaking their filling.) I throw a Tuscan themed dinner party every year and used to order fresh squash ravioli shipped from a pasta factory in LA that supplies high restaurants. No more. These do perfectly for 1/3 the cost. (For the reviewer who hated it, if your taste is such that you were wanting cheesy-creamy alfredo sauce on top of butternut squash ravioli, this product was lost on you to begin with. If you liken the earthy vegetal sweetness of squash to "cardboard," again, this was lost on you. And if adding tomato sauce somehow improved these, again, not for you.)

5Delicious!Dec 21, 2011
By E. Bryan
I picked up a box of the squash ravioli at my local Italian market. The amount the comes in the box feeds a family of four with leftovers. I really didn't expect much flavor from a dried pasta, but my husband and I were very surprised how much we enjoyed these ravioli's. I paid $7.29 for a box in the local store, so I was pleased to see them on amazon for less. Boil them in some chicken stock, toss in some veggies and you have a fantastic, hearty soup. Even my 6 month old enjoyed them.

I ran across these mini raviolis by chance and just LOVE them. Best taste ever. You will not be disappointed. Best when "al dente".
