An exceptionally high quality product that has the texture of handmade fresh past: firm to the tooth and never soft. I tend to serve it with shrimp or a mixture of shell fish sautéd in olive, garlic, and hot pepper flakes, but is also excellent buttered as an accompaniment to grill or broiled fish.

We use this pasta in a prosecco crab lemon zest sauce-it was light and deiicious pasta with this sauce. If I was going to fault it, the color is not quite as black as we would like.

Is very difficult to find really good Squid ink pasta ...Expensive but very good . Will order more for sure..For a quick preparation taste add some grilled calamari or little squids and just add salted butter
