This mix is really delicious with a great texture and isn't too sweet at all if you a couple tablespoons of cocoa powder and dark chocolate chips in addition to the ones already in there. As long as you don't overcook them and use jumbo eggs (you need a higher egg amount so jumbo eggs work perfectly), they come out moist and light. I really don't like sweet chocolate or milk chocolate so much (is also a dark chocolate girl as the other reviewer said as well) but with some extra cocoa powder these muffins are fantastic. I haven't found them anywhere near as greasy or oily as many other mixes, but I haven't tried this mix without adding the extra cocoa powder~

I am very happy with these brownies, though beware, they are very sweet. If you're serving these at a function try mixing the selection up with something less sweet. Honestly, these taste just like brownies. Really good! Each box makes 12 standard sized muffins.

Everyone loves these muffins !!! I have taken them to work and family get togethers and they are always very popular. They are quick and easy to make. I always add an extra handful of ghirardelli dark chocolate chips and make sure you don't overcook !

I bought a dozen of these here on Amazon because my local stores quit carrying them. The problem: my husband loves them. So, he got them for Valentine's.
I think they're kind of greasy and overly sweet (I'm a dark chocolate girl.)
Like any of the mixes, they're a lot better right after you take them out of the oven.

I came across these at a local store on clearance and bought one box, thinking to try them out since we'd never even seen them before but my son loves chocolate chip muffins. We baked them that night and loved them so much that I went back the next day and bought all that were left! Completely delicious!
