this is the yummiest white cheddar mac and cheese out there and i can't seem to find it in my local supermarkets anymore...its creamy, cheesy and has an underlying sweetness instead of a bite that most white cheddars have...

Bought this through Amazon because our local grocers have stopped stocking it. We enjoy the white cheddar much better than the original and hope that it is not being discontinued.

This is yet another product which I found in a store, discovered how wonderful it is...then could no longer find in any stores within 30 miles of my house!! It is so versatile. We've found many ways to fix it when we need a quick meal and don't want to order out. We've added chili powder to one batch and garlic and herbs to another batch. The last time my husband made it he added garlic and sauteed Andouille sausage. Wow! I'm so glad I found I can order it by the case from Amazon!

I am not a big mac & cheese fan. But if I am going to have it, this is the only kind I like. We like it with cubed chicken and peas.
