By hot12 I HAVE TWO OF THESE IN MY OFFICE I HAVE THEM FOR ABOUT EIGHT MONTHS AND I'M EXTREMELY SATISFIED THEY PRINT VERY FAST AND THE TONERS LAST FOREVER I ALSO HAVE AN HP 2055DN WHICH HAS THE SAME SPECIFICATION AS THIS ONE AND I'M HAPPY WITH THAT AS WELL BUT THIS ONE COSTS MUCH LESS AND TONER IS CHEAPER AND LAST LONGER BOTTOM LINE I WOULD RECOMMEND IT FOR ANY OFFICE FOR DAILY BLACK&WHITE PRINTING

By Webster I have many printers none as fast as this one. This printer is really great as it has its own memory it saves everything you print. But what I really like about this printer is you can use almost any type of paper. I actually used thick paper to print invitations they came out better than a professional who would have charged a fortune.

By Matto Love the printer it works well would buy again. I did run into an issue printing large page count PDF files with the PCL driver. It would tell me I was out of memory. After researching RAM upgrades for this unit I found that Konica really believes in the RAM chip they sell at about $275 for 256 MB. Just so you know I stuck a 512 MB random notebook RAM module I had laying around and it works. Saved myself a bunch of money and now it reads 384 MB and I do not have any problems printing anymore.
