The best side dish EVER!Jul 31, 2006
I have dubbed these delicious noodles "my favorite noodles". I purchase about 4 packages of them every time we go to the grocery store. They are only like [..] - [...]. When you buy these, you should be aware that it comes out with one of two textures. The better-tasting one is the result of stirring almost constantly for the eight minutes they take to cook. The other is the result of just letting it sit, with the occasional stir. By the way, USE THE ONE TABLESPOON OF BUTTER CALLED FOR! It adds only a little bit of fat, but a lot of taste. Think about it. Two boxes of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese call for A WHOLE STICK OF BUTTER! This takes 1/8 of that. Yeah. It's not bad at all. In fact, it's to die for! 5 stars! Two well-fed thumbs-up!

I have to agree with the others--these are the best! I wasn't even really paying attention when I ordered, and I figured these were just "chicken." I had never seen creamy chicken in the stores, after all; I figured that was just a Ramen Noodle thing.
But nope!! I got these in the mail and they're delicious! They do require milk, unlike the regular chicken sides. But the extra expense (those of you counting your pennies like me know what I mean) is worth it! If you think the regular chicken sides are good, you'll like these even more!
And as always, fantastic service from Amazon.

This is my favorite Pasta Sides flavor, the creamy chicken. The reason is that chicken is pretty neutral flavor and most of the people like it. I buy all kinds of Pasta Sides flavor pouches whenever they are on sale and I truly enjoy the creamy chicken. Pasta Sides are truly easy to make and taste great. It takes about 7-10 minutes of cooking time to make a bowlful of tasty pasta. When the pouch contents are added to the boiling water & butter consistence, the whole thing looks too watery, but as the pasta cooks and water evaporates, the liquids then thicken-up into creamy substance and pasta gets expanded. Each pouch I think is enough to feed an average adult person. Sure beats your standard mac & cheese.
