It would indeed be nice if the product description were about what is IN the product;
instead it is only about enumerating the manufacturers disclaimers. These disclaimers are ubiquitous to buying online and buying within Amazon, so disregarding the online customer's need for specific product information just to run thru those disclaimers AGAIN is gratuitous and disregarding of potential customers and their real needs.
Give online customers a break; give better info about your product, and less space disclaiming responsibility for every aspect of your product.
