Tasted MoldyMar 15, 2010
By Steve Depraida I have beeen eating raw cashews for years. I decided to try these and another brand on Amazon. I opened all of the 6 containers and they all had a moldy taste. My wife agreed and I tossed them out. Amazon gave me a prompt refund.

Klein's Naturals CashewsJun 26, 2007

I was pleased with delivery timeframe. However, the Klein's Naturals Cashews were not fresh. They were a bit and dry and unflavorful because the cellophane that covered the top of the nuts was loose. This caused air to enter the nuts causing them to dry out in shipping. I am displeased with the packaging of the nuts.

Not great, not freshSep 10, 2011
By SF I have been looking for a source of raw cashews as the ones I can get in my area are really, really expensive. I thought I would give these a try. Ordered them in August, they arrived quickly, but each or the 6 containers says "Sell by 07/06/11", so they are out of date. Still, sell by is not the same as use by, and all of that dating business is not required or regulated and doesn't mean that much. So I tried them. The first container was pretty tasty and the cashews were HUGE. Then a couple of the others had issues with the plastic "seal" underneath the snap-on lid. So I won't be buying these again, since the ones I could use ended up being as expensive as the ones I can get at the local store. It is a shame, as the nuts are very tasty when they go into the package. They just don't stay that way, and you may get tnuts that are past the sell-by date to begin with.

These are OKMay 13, 2009
By S. Bhatia The one pack out of four was bad. It has some sort of bad odor in it. I am not going to buy it again and go to some local store.

Packaging needa to changeApr 12, 2009
By J. Braasch The product tasted fine but they need to change the thin plastic film packaging covering the top because about half of them had rips in it and the tops weren't on. Otherwise everything was good!
