This mix makes the best tasting waffles. The batter smells like vanilla; the waffles are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. For pancakes, the mix is a little thin and you must use more of the mix than you might need to use of some other gluten free packages, but the waffles are more than worth it. Mix is very easy to use and recipe can be cut in half using while still using a whole egg as in the larger recipe.

This mix makes pancakes that are just as good as traditional wheat-flour ones. They are very similar to Glutino pancakes, which is what I bought when we were still eating milk products. This Kinnikinnick mix does not have milk in it. The whole family likes these and guests don't realize they are gluten- and casein-free.

This is by far the best Gluten Free and Dairy Free Pancake mix on the market. And believe me, my sons have tried them all! I even fooled my nieces with it. They thought that they were eating Aunt Jemima mini pancakes!! My husband and I enjoy them, too! :-)

This is the best gluten free mix I have found - my kids adore them, as do I. They are a must each weekend in our house. They do not taste gluten free at all - I highly recommend them!

Pancakes everyone will eat! This mix makes up nice, thin pancakes with no gritty or sandy "mouth feel" prevelant in so many GF bread products. Cooks up just like you'd expect. Lovely smell, golden brown. It really does not taste or feel like a substitute for "the real thing." A wonderful breakfast treat. In honor of the Canadian company that makes it, serve it with some maple syrup and Canadian bacon!
