This Hot and Sour soup is excellent! We like to enhance it some with a little extra spice (habanero powder), some firm tofu, chinese dried black mushrooms, egg and scallions.

My local grocers quit carrying this product AFTER I had already developed an affinity for it. It's quick, easy, tasty, and if you put it together with a package of ramen noodles you have a meal in a snap! I work a lot of hours and I greatly value resources that put a meal in front of me with a minimum of hassle and adequate value. This hits the spot! Thanks Kikkoman, thanks Amazon!

This is a Kikkoman product and the quality is apparent. Quick and easy to make and very tasty, certainly as good as or better than I've had at most Asian restaurants. I like to add crushed Tien Tsin peppers to give it a little more kick.
