Good, healthy cereal. Good ingredients, fiber, easy to pour and eat, not too sweet. Arrived fresh. I eat it combined with other cereals, flax seed, soy protein powder.

We discovered this cereal a few years ago at Trader Joe's. We love it as an "amendment" to granola or Great Grains cereals. Put simply, a mixture of the two is better than either one alone. Since we can't ever count on our local grocers to have Kashi Honey puffed Seven Grain Whole Grains & Sesame on hand when we run out, this Amazon subscription is a brilliant idea, and the price is competitive. Thank you, Amazon!
