I love this high fiber, low fat cereal and eat it most every day. My only suggestion would be to put a bit less sugar in it. It doesn't need to be so sweet. I usually mix it with some bite sized unsweetened shredded wheat to reduce the sweetness a bit. I sure hope they don't discontinue this cereal!
Amazon has the consistently best price I have found.

I love this cereal and our local Whole Foods store no longer carries it. I am delighted that I can order it from Amazon.com! And by ordering 12 boxes at a time, I also get FREE Super Saver Shipping! What's not to love? Thank you Kashi and Amazon!!!

Great cereal, have eaten it for years. Love it has high fiber content. Sometimes eat just as a snack, dry. Favorite is to mix with other cereals and mix with yogurt.

I read that eating cereal for breakfast and lunch can help you drop some pounds, so I decided that this cereal would be a good choice because it is packed with protien, high in fiber, and all around healthy. After only a week, I realized my stomach had stopped hurting like it always did. I recommend this to anyone who struggles with constant stomach aches, but you need to make sure you are not allergic to wheat or any other celiac issues. I hate it when I run out of this cereal, because it really has helped me.
