Mostly peanuts, raisins and sunflower kernels. Just couple almonds in every bag but no walnuts at all like it says on the bag. I have opened several of them and they are all the same.

I was first introduced to Kar's Trail Mix at the canteen of our local American Red Cross blood donation center. I liked them so much that I figured I would search Amazon, and sure enough they have them in these convenient little packages.
The only downside, is that the wife and I are counting calories, and at 200 calories per bag, we have to make sure we don't overdo our indulgence. Still, they are a convenient and nutritious snack we both love. I'm going to have the end this review now because just thinking about them is getting me hungry again!

I've bought this trail mix a few times, and it's usually pretty good. Like the other reviewer says, there are no walnuts in these. I think the picture must be old, because there's no mention of walnuts on the wrapper on any of the packages I've received. The quality has varied from one case to another; the last case was excellent, but the one before that had salted peanuts in it (presumably they got in the mix by accident, since this trail mix is supposed to be unsalted). All in all, it's good trail mix for the money, and the bags are a convenient size for snacks.

I buy this in bulk so I can hand them out to students as incentives or rewards. It's a great healthy choice over candy or other snacks.
