The best cookies EVER!Oct 31, 2008

If you like coffee, and if you like cookies, you will LOVE these delectable treats. They are without a doubt the best cookies I've ever had. Even if you're not a huge coffee fan (I'm not a huge coffee drinker myself) these cookies are bound to hit the spot. I love the fact they have real espresso beans in them. If you have a few you'll get the same pick-me-up you get from a cup of coffee. Makes for a great energy snack before or after a workout, after a hard day of work, or just about anytime. Keep 'em coming!!! Hmmm.... ;-)

I found this vanilla flavor to be the smoothest flavor for all the Java Bites cookies. If you're looking for a raw Java punch this flavor is not for you. If you want a more refined flavor between smooth, sweet, and twist you should consider these cookies.
I really enjoyed eating these cookies. These cookies are crisp which would allow you to dunk them in milk if you prefer or eat them plain. Their flavor is a nice combination between sweet and coffee. Imagine coffee ice cream and now translate that flavor into a cookie without the creamy flavor of ice cream. Maybe a better analogy would be chocolate covered espresso beans without such a strong chocolate or coffee flavor. I found there a nice pick me up when I was looking for something sweet with a little bit of a boost.
I consider these a special treat that this appears way too fast.

We bought some of the Java bites while we were visiting in Denver. After a couple of bites, my wife and I looked at each other and where amazed in what a wonderful flavor these cookies had. We went back and bought more. I would have to say these are probably the best cookies we have ever had. Can't get enough.

Java Bites Espresso Chocolate Chip Cookies are delicious!! These yummy cookies are a perfect accompaniment for a cup of coffee or tea. They are also delicious with ice cream or yogurt. When having a gathering, they make the perfect snack. Your friends and family will enjoy them and be thrilled to taste something a bit different. They also make wonderful hostess gifts for holidays.
